Mask
The first thing to do before you start painting the glass bottles is to make sure that the bottles and the surface you’re painting on are really clean, otherwise the paint won’t stick properly. Then use masking tape to create patterns on the surface. You can use simple masking tape, but if you really want a good result and sharp edges, we recommend using a high quality outdoor tape.
You can also put together several strips of masking tape and then cut out a symbol or figure to use as a stencil when painting glass bottles. Use a brush or roller and paint around the masking tape. The result is especially nice when you fill the bottle with something. This will make your figure stand out much more clearly.

Paint
Use a mini roller for extra fine surfaces to get a really smooth finish. Now paint directly over the masking tape that you have attached.
For the best results, we recommend painting twice so that the paint on the glass covers properly. Let the paint dry for a while before removing the tape. -

Ready
There you go! Now you’ve finished painting glass bottles and hopefully you’ve got a result that feels personal and that you’re happy with.
