Wallpapering around windows – how to, step by step
Wallpapering around windows and doors is not very difficult, but requires a special approach. Our guide will help you do the job step by step for a good result.
Apply glue with a brush to the surface to be wallpapered, and also a little further out on the window or door lining. The wallpaper will cover any gaps.

Put up the wallpaper
Press the wallpaper lightly with the paperhanging tool against the side of the window or door frame. Then cut an incision towards the corner of the lining with the scissor, to reduce tension in the wallpaper.

Tip!
Remember to change the blades of the paperhanging knife often to get sharp cuts. Our paperhanging knife comes with 10 blades so you can always have a sharp blade at hand.
Then press the wallpaper against the lower and upper window frames and smooth out any air bubbles. Cut the wallpaper against the frames with a paperhanging knife.
